This process sews colored thread into fabrics using computer controlled machines. This is a classic method of putting a name, logo or design into a shirt, jacket, coat, hat, bag, blanket, etc… We can build a design for you or digitize your existing artwork.
APPLIQUE
This is a process that combines embroidery and plotter cutting to create multi-layered fabric designs by using computers to control sewing processes.
LETTER JACKETS AND CHENILLE
Not only do we offer custom fit Letter Jackets, we also have a digital chenille machine that sews different colors and thicknesses of yarns through felt substrates that we use to create patches of script names, year, sports awards and varsity letters. We also have the ability to use this machine for chain stitching in other fashion applications.
BLING
With our digitizing software we can create designs for adhering rhinestones, studding and ‘spangles’ (think flat rhinestones) through a heat transfer process.
