SCREEN PRINTING
This process uses mesh screens to imprint ink in specific patterns onto fabric. We use a 4 color manual press for smaller jobs and a 6 color automatic press for larger jobs. If you need a few dozen items with only a few colors, this is often an economical printing option.
DIRECT TO GARMENT PRINTING
This is a process based on a new technology that prints 4 color process inks directly onto fabrics. Think of it as a huge “ink jet” printer for clothing. We have recently acquired an industrial quality machine that can print virtually unlimited colors at near photo quality. If you need a smaller number of items or have a complex design with many colors, this is the option for you.
